  • In which sector and positions are you most qualified?
    The Collaborative Recruitment model features a widespread network of Scouts who support our Recruiter Consultants during the search and selection process. This means we are specialised in all sectors.
  • How do you perform the headhunting process?
    The search for passive profiles makes use of multichannel synergies that enable us to submit a short list within 10 days. The three main elements are: 1- The recruiter consultant – our client’s “right hand person”, in charge of the sensitive examination of candidates’ soft skills, personalities and motivation to change. 2- Hound – our faithful proprietary software bloodhound that sniffs out the best talent by scanning the web. 3 – Our Scouts and their networks, which allow us to make direct contact with highlighted candidates.
  • Who are the Scouts?
    Scouts are external professionals who hold team leader positions in various companies. We select them using strict criteria to ensure absolute professionalism. They will have at least 10 years’ experience, including interview experience. They usually work with us on several projects, so they are trusted, reliable people. Each Scout is given a score by the candidate after the interview, so we also take candidate perceptions into account.
  • Who handles the interviews?
    We hold two interviews. The first interview is conducted by the internal recruiter at R-Everse, who will be the contact person for our client throughout the mandate. In this interview we explore soft skills and motivation to change, and we provide details about our client company and the position to the candidate. The second interview is a technical assessment led by our Scout. In-depth reports of both interviews are made available live on the platform.
  • Who will be my contact person in the selection process?
    The recruiter will be the contact person throughout the selection process. He or she will make a fully comprehensive appraisal of your needs, organise the headhunting process, provide you with the tools to follow the activities in real time and support you during negotiations with the candidate.
  • How much do the services of R-Everse cost?

  • How long before you release the initial shortlist, and how many people will there be?
    We agree the time frame flexibly with the client company at the beginning of the mandate. The ideal and maximum time to ensure a high-quality short list presentation is 10 calendar days. This first deadline is followed by others that we will timely meet.
  • How visible will your activities be to me?
    R-Everse offers its clients full, real-time transparency in any selection mandate, by giving you access to a dashboard at the beginning of the mandate. In each mandate, we also give the customer a detailed report on the headhunt carried out: the number of highlighted profiles, type of answers, reason for any refusal by candidates, and so on.
  • In which countries can you provide the service?
    The Collaborative Recruiting model has no geographical boundaries. At the moment we have mandates in German, English, French and Spanish. We have successfully completed mandates in these languages in almost all European countries and in the USA, Canada, China, India, Argentina and Mexico. R-Everse also has a commercial presence in Berlin, Germany, and in Austria.
  • Do you cover the search and selection of executive profiles?
    Yes, of course They are not positions that are usually published in our “open positions” area for reasons of confidentiality.
