Our Scout is a professional with at least 10 years of experience in his field. As technical team leader, he is usually involved in evaluating candidates for his own team.
However, he has the ability to understand and value soft skills as well as technical skills.
Sometimes, during the headhunting phase for specific profiles, we ask the scout to reach out to his personal network to help us find the right candidate: Profiles that are not even active on the most used social networks, such as LinkedIn.
His technical knowledge and network is a valuable support for our recruiters.

There are different reasons why an expert becomes one of our Scouts. Certainly, the remuneration is one of the most important though it is not the only one. Indeed, many Scouts choose to join our team because they enjoy networking. Some of them instead, in their past, had experienced the traditional recruitment process and they were disappointed. Many of the Scouts collaborate with us to stay up-to-date on the newest technologies and trends since a job interview is always a two-way exchange of informations.
